* NEIGHBORS Pearl City Neighborhood Board meets at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at Waiau District Park, and Makakilo-Kapolei-Honokai Hale meets at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at Kapolei High School cafeteria. Call 768-3710.

* PUMPKIN PATCH The Pumpkin Patch returns with a farmers’ market, pick-your-own sweet corn, giant maze, hay rides, pony rides, games, inflatables, food booths and pumpkin picking from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 31 at Aloun Farms in Kapolei. Call 677-9516.

* LITTLE LEAGUE The West Oahu Little League Baseball team registers players for its 2010 season from from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 28 at Asing Park, 91-1450 Renton Road in Ewa Beach. Bring the original and a copy of player’s birth certificate, proof of residency and medical insurance. Fee is $115 for T-ball and Coach Pitch levels, $145 for Upper Division. * HAUNTED PARK Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii opens its gates from 7 to 11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday through Oct. 31 for a “Festival of Fear,” with three scare attractions, haunted food/beverage stations and water slides open - Tornado, Island Racer and Raging River. * BASEBALL SIGNUPS Ewa Little League accepts players for its 2010 season through Nov. 1. Tryouts for T-ball and Coach Pitch divisions will be held Nov. 5, Minors and Majors division will be Nov. 9.
