* WREATH CRAFT Halawa Xeriscape Garden conducts a wreath-making workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 5 at 99-1268 Iwaena St. Fee is $5 for non-members, and registration is required at 748-5363.

* EWA YOUTH Hawaii Ohana 4 Ewa Foundation and Ewa Beach Lions Club present a benefit concert and fair from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at Ewa Mahiko District Park on Renton Road. Tickets cost $10 pre-sale and $15 at the door. Call 852-2982.

* PEARL HARBOR The National Park Service and U.S. Navy host a joint memorial ceremony to commemorate the 68th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack at 740 a.m. Dec. 7 at Kilo Pier. The public is welcome on a first-come, first-served basis and must board naval vessels at the USS Arizona Memorial visitor center between 6:20 and 7 a.m. Call 422-2771.
