* ROTARY SPEAKERS Guest speakers at Kapolei Rotary Club include ‘Olelo Community Television president Kealii Lopez April 15, builder D.R. * MANANA FAIR Manana Elementary School PTO has its annual “Celebrate Spring” craft fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m, April 17 at 1147 Kumano St. in Pearl City. Featured are about 60 vendors, Mother’s Day gifts, grocery bags with school logo ($5), goods from Larry’s Bakery, plate lunches, games, a bounce house and a mini golf course. * DEBRIS ART Beach Environmental Awareness Campaign Hawaii has posted student paintings and drawings now through April 30 at the Waipahu and Ewa Beach libraries on the impact of marine debris. The displays feature art by students from Campbell and Waipahu high schools, Island Pacific Academy, Alvah Scott Elementary and several others.
