* CONCERT Nomura-Ryu Ongaku Kyo Kai Hawaii Shibu marks its 40th anniversary with a concert at 2 p.m. and aloha party at 5:30 April 22 for Harry Seicho Nakasone Sensei at the Hawaii Okinawa Center. Admission is $20 at the door for the concert, and $20 for the party. Call 623-6110.
