* BLOOD DRIVE The Hawaii Blood Bank conducts a donor drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 28 in the Aiea High School library. Call 845-9966.

* KEIKI SIGNING Kaiser’s Kapolei Clinic offers a class in Keiki Signs (American Sign Language) at 6 p.m. Mondays from April 28 to June 2. Non-members pay $125 per family. Call 432-2270.

* TENNIS TOURNEY USTA Hawaii Pacific Section and the City and County of Honolulu hosts top junior tennis players from 13 countries in the inaugural International Tennis Federation Junior Tournament at the Patsy. * ZONE CHANGE The city Planning Commission holds a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. April 30 on the Salvation Army’s request for a zone change in Kapolei from AG-1 to A-2 (medium density apartment district).
