Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Parish in Ewa Beach held its first-ever Christmas musical Dec. 30, bringing many smiles to the audience. Through the combined efforts of the parish’s middle school and youth and young adult ministries, more than 300 people filled the church to enjoy a Mass, dinner and concert that celebrated the holiday season and welcomed in the new year. The young members personally invited residents from the Kalaeloa transitional shelters and West Loch elderly villages to enjoy the program as well. “We are grateful to all of you for giving us a Christmas present that we will remember and treasure forever,” said Marites Barangan of OLPH young adult ministry. “We look forward to next year’s Christmas musical!”
