VISION Fundraiser At Bethel Chapel

In support of an upcoming mission trip to Africa, “Jesus Christ is Calling You” ministry held a fundraiser at Bethel Chapel that is not to be soon forgotten. From a dazzling fashion show to a gut-busting comedy bash to an art gallery featuring fresh local artists, this nightlong event had it all. And even though party-goers got all this plus great food and entertainment for free, Good Samaritans dug deep into their pockets to give a little something extra to help support JCCY’s trip to Uganda this month. “We’re basically going there to give hope,” said Dee Tungpalan, a member of both Bethel and JCCY who helped coordinate the event. “Whatever triggers your heart to help people in need ... it’s a blessing.”
