Calvary Episcopal Preschool proudly introduced its newly accredited toddler program to the community with an open house and a benefit “treasure sale” Jan. 18 and 19 in Kaneohe, across from Windward City Shopping Center. Children could test out the equipment and facilities, which include renovated restrooms and classroom space for the littler ones. The preschool itself has been around for four decades and has seen generations of keiki hop, skip and jump through its doors. Proceeds from the treasure sale of gently used bargains support operating costs at the preschool, which tries to subsidize the tuition for many of its families. New preschool director is Monique Lumpkin. Her teachers are Nikki Bostuba and Celeste Carr.
