Anthony Gelish was awarded a fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Gelish is an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Larry Young has been named vice president of the project management and estimating division for Commercial Roofing. He joined the firm in 1995.

Jim Johnson was recently promoted to director of claims and customer service for Hawaii Dental Service. He joined HDS in 1997 as a programmer/analyst and was named systems development manager in 2003.
Elizabeth Remick has been promoted to volunteer programs manager at the Battleship Missouri Memorial. She previously served as a tour guide at the memorial. She will be the point of contact for all volunteers, both military and civilian, and she provides guidance to them.
Burton Kong has been named marketing projects manager for the Outrigger Enterprise Group. He previously worked as an assistant marketing manager for DTRIC Insurance Company.
Patti Ruesch has been promoted from group publisher of the Hawaii market for Morris Visitor Publications to vice president of the Pacific region. She now oversees the MVP offices in Seattle, San Francisco and Hawaii.
Carlos “Paris” Scott has been hired as vice president and fiduciary officer for the International Client Banking Department at Bank of Hawaii. His previous experience includes working for Citigroup Private Bank and Citibank.
Corazon “Mario” Subia has been hired as vice president and business banking portfolio manager in the business loan approval/portfolio management department. His career history includes working as senior vice president of secondary market department for Central Pacific Home Loans.
