Kip Dopp has joined Sopogy as product development manager. He previously worked as director of Lichen Research. He has a 25-year career in solar energy, having been awarded several Department of Energy and EPA grants.
Bruce Smith has been named president of HSI Electric. He joined the firm in 2006 as vice president of marine operations. He is a retired U.S. Navy captain.

Christopher L. Dods has joined First Hawaiian Bank as an assistant vice president of new markets and business development in the card services division. Dods was previously a business development manager at K1 Ventures USA.
Harvey G. W. Chun has joined First Hawaiian Bank as vice president of the risk management department. He was previously the manager of credit portfolio reporting at a financial institution.
Jennifer M. L. Abiva has been promoted to personal banking officer for First Hawaiian Bank at the Wahiawa Branch. She joined First Hawaiian Bank as a purchasing clerk in 1983.

Kelly Ann Hall has been promoted to retail systems officer for the retail systems department of First Hawaiian Bank. She joined the bank as a teller in 1982.
Michael Guidry has been named director of information technology and billing operations for Mobi PCS. His past employment includes working at DirecTV.
Rob Macias has been named outlet manager for The HanohanoRoom. Macias joined the Sheraton Waikiki in 2006 as assistant outlet manager for The Hanohano Room.
