Donna Farrell has been promoted to general manager of Victoria Ward Centers with General Growth Properties. She has held various positions with GGP since 1991, most recently as general manager at Montclair Plaza in California.
Edwin Maeda joins General Growth Properties as a project manager. His responsibilities include overseeing capital projects at Ala Moana Center. Maeda was previously a staff engineer with Aloha Airlines.

Lella E. Migita has been named president of the board of directors for Hawaii Meals on Wheels. She is a retired educator.
Merriam Fontanilla has been named graphic artist for Communications Pacific’s CP Advertising. She previously worked as a graphic designer at Nick Kaars Associates.
Kevin Ulep has been named graphic artist for Communications Pacific’s CP Advertising division. He previously ran his own graphic design business.
Fitha Dahana has been named media assistant and assistant account executive for Communications Pacific’s CP Advertising division.
Scott Mowery has been promoted to associate by Helber Hastert and Fee. His background includes environmental and military planning, policy analysis and program management.
Deborah M. Bianco-Tafisi has been promoted to service manager for First Hawaiian Bank. She joined the company in 2001 as a service supervisor.
Dolly S. Chang has been named audit officer for First Hawaiian Bank. She joined the company in 1964.
Terry E. Kurihara has been named audit officer for First Hawaiian Bank. She joined the bank in 1983 as a general ledger clerk.
Steven D. Comes has been promoted to branch manager for First Hawaiian Bank at Ewa Beach. Comes joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1993 as a management trainee.
Jason K. Gomes has been appointed data security officer for First Hawaiian Bank. Gomes first joined the company in 2003 as a data security specialist.
Brett J. Prior has been appointed assistant vice president and senior equity analyst for Bishop Street Capital Management.
