Bonnie Tam-Hoy has been appointed Realtor-associate for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties firm. Prior to joining CBP in January 2011, Tam-Hoy served as a Realtor-associate at ERA. She also has worked at East Oahu Realty and at Prudential Locations as an agent and sales coach. Licensed since 2004, TamHoy was nominated for an Aloha Aina Award for six consecutive years (2004-09).
Cynthia Schnack Lee has joined the Honolulu office of Wells Fargo Advisors as vice president in its Investments department. Lee was previously vice president of wealth management with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney for 10 years. She is on the board of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council and previously served on the boards of the Financial Planning Association and Hawaii Planned Giving Council.
Felicitas Caballero has been named president of Synergy Homecare’s Honolulu office. Caballero will oversee a staff of more than 60 caregivers throughout Oahu, and will be in charge of developing and presenting free educational seminars in the community. Caballero has more than 20 years’ experience as an administrator of adult residential care homes.
Kevin Miyama has been hired as Prudential Locations, Hawaii’s newest career coach. Miyama will be responsible for agent development, sales, training and other sales-related activities, and also will plan and manage sales performances for new and experienced agents. Miyama spent eight years with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, responsible for its financial management and sales training.
Jason Ono has joined Bank of Hawaii as vice president and financial risk assessment manager in the Controllers Department. He is responsible for providing management oversight and administration of the bank’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior to joining BOH, Ono was employed at Ernst & Young as a senior manager. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Santa Clara University.
April Lee has been hired by Finance Factors as the company’s associate general counsel and lending compliance officer. Lee will ensure Finance Factors maintains a sound regulatory framework for operations. Prior to joining Finance Factors, Lee was an associate attorney with Cades Schutte LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of Law.
