Richard Pezzulo has been named Office of Hawaiian Affairs chief operating officer. Pezzulo had been OHA’s chief financial officer since 2008. He has more than 20 years of operations and fiscal management experience and has managed multi-million dollar contracts to promote business in Papua, New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.
Carolyn ogami Fuller has joined the UH Foundation development team as director of development for the UH Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law. Fuller will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of private philanthropic gifts to the school. Prior, Fuller spent 18 years in private law practice as a family law attorney, including a senior associate position at Stirling & Kleintop.
Prudential Locations Realtor associate Kristin Mukai has been rewarded for her 2010 outstanding achievements in the Realtor sector. Mukai has been recognized as the Locations Foundations volunteer of the year, with her consistent work as a volunteer for Locations Foundation events and activities. Mukai was also a 2010 Aloha Aina nominee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors, People’s Choice Award.
Bridget Oshita has been named Aston Hotels & Resorts area revenue manager for Aston’s Waikiki condominium properties. Oshita will oversee the assistant reservation manager and six reservation agents. She will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for Aston at the Waikiki Banyan, Aston Pacific Monarch, Aston Sunset and Aston Waikiki Beach Tower.
Carlton Kramer has been appointed vice president of marketing for Pacific Historic Parks (PHP). Kramer will oversee PHP retail sales and marketing efforts and assist in PHP’s re-branding initiative. Formerly known as the Arizona Memorial Association, the name change reflects PHP’s expanded scope and mission. Prior, Kramer managed Hilo Hattie’s marketing and sales operations as vice president of the company.
