Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Aaron Sato has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at Finance Factors, Hawaii’s largest locally owned depository financial services loan company. Sato will oversee the company’s financial management, including investments, asset/liability, product pricing and the comptroller. Sato previously was vice president and treasurer of Finance Factors.
Sister Agnelle Ching, OSP, who has been a Sister of St. Francis for more than 50 years, will serve as chief sponsorship officer for St. Francis Healthcare System. She takes on the newly created role after serving in executive positions with St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii for 14 years. Sister Agnelle will be responsible for sponsorship initiatives, which includes Mission Services, The St. Francis International Center for Healthcare Ethics and Spiritual Services.
Linda Kim has joined Kuakini Geriatric Care Inc. as director of nursing for long-term care. She now manages Kuakini Geriatric Care Inc.‘s 187-bed Intermediate Care and Skilled Nursing facilities. Linda has an extensive background in health care, especially related to the care of vulnerable populations (those with mental illness and the elderly). She is an assistant professor of nursing at Hawaii Pacific University, where she teaches gerontology, therapeutic communication, nursing concepts and processes clinical courses.
