Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Nathan Tagami has been promoted to group sales manager at DFS Galleria Waikiki. Tagami joined DFS in December 2000 as a sales manager.

Candice Kraughto has been promoted to account supervisor from senior account executive for Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations. She works in the travel division.

Krislyn Hashimoto has been promoted from assistant account executive to account executive for Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations.

Brian Niiya has been named resource center director at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii. He previously worked with the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles.

Bob Snyder has been promoted from vice president and chief financial officer to chief operating officer and president of Desert Island Restaurants.

Dean Hirabayashi has joined American Savings Bank as a commercial real estate loan officer. He previously worked as a project manager with Alexander & Baldwin Properties.

Carrie Carlin has been named account executive for the corporate and public affairs division of Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations. She previously worked as a corporate communications executive at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sydney, Australia.

Nicole Hillyard has joined Peter Vincent and Associates as an architectural designer and model maker. She has more than three years of design experience. She will be responsible heading for the PVA model shop.
