Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

Kim Lord has been promoted to senior vice president and director of retail for CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. She will be responsible for a team of managers and brokers who specialize in retail-managed properties.
Veronica Lovesy has been named director of marketing for CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. She will handle specialty leasing and sponsorships for retail and selected office properties.
Nestor Longboy has been promoted to director of operations for CB Richard Ellis Hawaii. His responsibilities include supporting capital improvement and property operations for all property types.
Tommor Dennemeyer has joined the management team of Tanaka of Tokyo Restaurants. He will be responsible for operations and administrative duties at Tanaka of Tokyo West in the Ilikai Hotel. Dennemeyer has been with the company for six years.
Brandon Naval has been promoted to second chef and will be responsible for kitchen operations at Tanaka of Tokyo West in the Ilikai Hotel. Naval has extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Lois Shore will join Outrigger Enterprises Group as vice president of distribution. Her career path included working as senior vice president of sales, marketing and public relations for the New York-based Ensemble Travel Group.
Beverly Kirk has joined the Outrigger Condominium Collection as director of the Condominium Association of Apartment Owners Services. She will direct and coordinate all AOAO related activities including financial reporting, contract administration and owner relations for the condominium division.
Ronald Viloria has been promoted from pastry chef to executive chef for Tiki’s Grill & Bar. He also will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary aspect of the eatery. Viloria’s career history includes working in Guam, Japan, Korea and Taipei. He previously served as pastry chef at the Pacific Beach Hotel.
May C. Nishijima was promoted to assistant vice president for First Hawaiian Bank. She joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1986 as a management trainee.
Grace C. Cobb has been promoted to assistant vice president and personal banking officer at the First Hawaiian Bank Kalihi Branch. Cobb serves as the financial advocate for personal and private banking customers within various departments at the bank. She joined First Hawaiian in 1995.
Claire S. Sholes was promoted to assistant vice president wealth management service center for First Hawaiian Bank. She joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1996 as a management trainee and has held various positions including consumer loan representative, sales information analyst and financial analyst.
Jennifer M. Kimura has received the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. She is a Realtor-associate for Castle & Cooke Realty.
