Everybody loves to help open a new restaurant, so Taco Del Mar at Hawaii Kai Towne Center was the place to be on Nov. 19. Ken Nascimento, the local businessman who has signed up at least 19 franchisees on Oahu alone, threw a VIP party for family and friends the night before the restaurant officially opened its doors.
