Paradise Nursing Workforce, LLC
Angela B. Castillo, RN, BSN has been working in the nursing field when she began noticing a growing need for Home Health Care in Hawaii. Establishing Paradise Nursing Workforce LLC (PNW) in 2007 Angela sought to provide a high quality level of service with compassionate care for those in need.
Having Aloha Spirit means that Hawaii families are often determined to keep their loved ones close at home. Paradise Nursing Workforce brings quality in-home care to a client’s home, from 2-24 hours, enabling a family to keep their loved one(s) at home without sacrificing healthcare needs. PNW provides different levels of care depending on the need and assessment completed by a supervising Registered Nurse (RN). Beginning at the base level of care, a “Personal Care Assistant” provides anything from light housekeeping/meal preparation to escort/travel assistance and dementia care. The highest amount of service is “Skilled Nursing” which consists of tube feeding, diabetic training, injections and other nursing services that involve person-to-person care.

PNW accepts Medicaid and Private Pay clients. PNW has RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAS on staff; all of which have up-to-date certifications and licenses. Background checks and random drug testing are part of our on-going staffscreening to ensure that the client’s safety remains our number one priority.
With offices island-wide on Oahu, Kauai and Maui, Paradise Nursing Workforce is available to fulfill a range of inhomecare needs with the Aloha Spirit, compassionate, and quality assurance that we would demand for our own loved ones. With a pool of over 200 qualified employees, PNW will fit the client’s needs and personality to a reliable and qualified staff.
