Kailua High’s girls volleyball program will have a benefit imu roast Sept. 2 on campus, and cooking space is on sale now to the public for $20 per aluminum tray of thawed, seasoned and well-wrapped meat ($5 of the fee goes to imu maintenance and a scholarship fund).

Trays should be delivered between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 2 at the imu site by the school parking lot. Pickup time is 8 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 3. Mail-in deadline is Aug. 26, and only the first 200 orders will be honored. Weight limit is 25 pounds per tray. (If cooking pork butt, roast or ham, make three deep cuts in each piece of meat.)

Make checks payable to Kailua High School and write “Attention IMU” on the lower left corner of the envelope. Enclose phone number and a self-addressed stamped envelope for the imu tag and receipt. The school address is 451 Ulumanu Drive, Kailua HI 96734.

For more information, call Todd Hendricks at 7287389.
