Koolau Magic Theatre adds a ventriloquist act to its monthly magic show, set for 7 p.m. Friday at Koolau Center.
Mike Ching has developed the new act, known as Dr. Lee and Scotty (a dog), and the characters will make a surprise appearance during the program (shhhh). Also performing are regulars The Great Davidio, Mr. O and Aaron Vermeer.
Craig the Illusionist and Arthur Stout and his balloon animals will entertain outside, beginning at 6 p.m.
Tickets cost $12 and $10, with a $2 discount on advanced purchases at Temple Valley Dental Group, adjacent to the theater. For more information, call 239-6711.
