Geno, who lives in New Zealand, says what he’ll miss the most about Hawaii is the audience. “They were warm, generous and gracious,” he says. “Nowhere else in the world did we receive that kind of applause. At almost every show they would applaud twice - and that was before the show.” Geno, who also played football for Western Carolina, adds that he is “very excited” for the UH football team. “I appreciate the Hawaii football team doing the haka before each game,” he adds. “I had hoped to have done one with them. That would’ve been fun.”
