Sario, who lives in San Francisco where he works as a visual merchandiser for GAP, brought some of his designs to the HCC show modeled by Kamakoa Page Zablan, JJ Enos and Misty Maa. “Life is the same except now I have fans,” says Sario about how the show has changed his life. “It gave me a lot of publicity, which is priceless, and the experience taught me a lot. I went in not knowing who I am as a designer, and now I know - it’s structure with a lot of sophistication.”
