Dear Pamela,
One afternoon I received a phone call at work from my son, who was riding his bike on the way to his dental appointment. He asked if I could pick him up because he felt sick. Then a woman came on the phone and explained that Aaron was lying on the side of the road. She called the paramedics. Another woman held an umbrella to shade my son, a man gave him an ice pack. A female police officer gave him a sports drink.
We wish that we could thank each one individually, but through the anxiety I forgot to write their names down. The only person’s name I can remember is Jan Ching from Palisades. My family and I would like to express our most heartfelt gratitude to all those loving people! Thank you very much. God bless you all!

Aloha Pamela,
I just want to show my appreciation for Jeremiah (didn’t get his last name) from Kapolei who assisted me when I got a flat tire tonight. He was riding his bicycle in the area and offered to help me change my flat. I truly am appreciative of his kindness. He saved me time, got me home and made my day much easier.

Dear Pamela,
My daughter dropped her wallet at Burger King Waimalu. An honest person dropped it off at Highlands Intermediate after seeing her school ID inside, money still intact. Mahalo to that person. You made what could have been a bad day for my daughter end in the most positive way. We would like to thank you so much for your honesty. Will we pay it forward? Absolutely!
