Pacific Ceiling Fans Inc. has been in business in Hawaii since 1979 and under its current ownership since 1998. We are a small, family run-styled business that has survived the introduction of big box stores and Internet shopping. A lot of that is attributed to our unique niche in selling ceiling fans and our personable customer service. Although times have changed economically and environmentally since the beginning of our business, the need for solutions in keeping Hawaii’s predominately warm climate cool has not.

Ceiling fans provide a perfect solution to cooling down any home or business, as the concerns of keeping energy costs low and being environmentally friendly have become greater within the last few years. We stand by the quality of our fans and help each customer who walks through our doors select a fan that will work in the space that it is needed. Making sure the right ceiling fan is selected makes all the difference in how effectively it will cool down the room. Besides the monthly savings on the electric bill, we also sell Energy Star-rated fans that qualify for a $40 rebate with the Hawaii Energy program. We offer installation and maintenance services for our ceiling fans to ensure our customers get the best use out of their purchase.

Ceiling fans have evolved over the years, especially in looks and style. Years ago, most ceiling fans looked similar to each other. In today’s market you can find anything from the traditional style five-bladed ceiling fan to a contemporary style three-bladed ceiling fan, to a tropical style ceiling fan with palm blades. What was once considered an eyesore in designing a room has become a part of the final room décor.

Recently we’ve started selling solar vents along with ceiling fans. Solar vents are another energysaving way to cool down the house. The solar vent strictly uses the sun to generate the power to run. It helps lower the indoor temperature of the house, and it doesn’t add any costs to your electric bill.

Being able to provide a product and service that helps Hawaii’s residents, businesses and environment has become an integral part of our business over the years. We understand the concerns of a changing economy where cost and energy efficiency has become important to the customer, and we hope to be able to meet those needs.
