For years my wife and I dreamed of moving to Hawaii, watching the sunset while drinking daiquiris from coconuts, and living the island life. When the first P.F. Chang’s China Bistro in Hawaii opened on Sept. 12, that dream became a reality. So maybe we’re not spending all day swimming with dolphins, but our “dream-come-true” presented us with something far more valuable: the Aloha Spirit. This spirit is what makes life in Hawaii memorable and unique.

In the past year that I’ve spent on Oahu, I’ve realized P.F. Chang’s and the Aloha Spirit share many of the same passions and qualities. Our philosophy is simple: “We’re truly glad you’re here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back again.”

At P.F. Chang’s we are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door. Our upbeat bistro setting features local touches including kukui nut-shaped hand-blown glass surrounding the bar and a hand-painted Chinese mural with a hidden plumeria and Hawaiian Nene goose painted into the scene.

Whether creating custom sauces tableside, guiding guests through the menu or suggesting dishes to enhance your meal, our friendly staff and attention to detail are a winning combination. It’s that little extra aroma, warm smile or delicious first bite that we hope every guest remembers when they leave.

P.F. Chang’s chefs are respectful of the culture and traditions that are behind the dishes they prepare. Working in a dramatic exhibition kitchen, they use Mandarin-style wok cooking to prepare our dynamic menu. Our chefs create lightly sauced dishes that allow natural flavors to emerge and stimulate the senses.

Wine has always been an important part of the P.F. Chang’s dining experience and our extensive wine list offers the majority of varieties by both the bottle and glass. The wine list is designed as a “flavor first” list, which means the wines in each category are arranged from the lightest to full bodied. Or try one of our original cocktail creations like the popular Asian Pear Mojito, Mandarin Martini or the Golden Buddah Margarita.

We’re located on the ground floor of Hokua, the new high-rise luxury condominium located on the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard and Queen Street, and parking is easy! Visit our website at www.pfchangshawaii.com.

With the holidays right around the corner, give us a call and we’ll assist with creating the perfect pre-set menu for your holiday party, family celebration or business gathering. Or, surprise your friends, family or coworkers with a takeout order!

We welcome you to join us at P.F. Chang’s to share our island hospitality and passion for great service and food with you.
