The Other Phone Service

With the onset and increased consumer acceptance of broadband telephone services, Hawaiian Telcom and Oceanic Time Warner now find themselves in direct competition. Both companies are investing heavily in media campaigns trying to convince households and businesses of all sizes that they are the preferred choice. But there’s another choice here in Hawaii for phone service: a locally operated telecommunications company. A company which has invested more in technology and infrastructure than it has in advertising, Pacific LightNet. And it’s the first and only communications company with a state-of-the-art, fiber-optic network connecting all six major Hawaiian islands and the rest of the world.

I have two of the 808NetFone’s in each of my vacation rentals and they are working out great. The cost for these phones each month is minor but the benefit to my tenants (and me)is major. They love the ability to make all the calls they want for free!
