For Elements Spa and Salon, taking care of our clients’ well-being is our No. 1 priority. An Aveda lifestyle salon and day spa, we specialize in hair, massages, facials, wax, nail and makeup services.
At Elements Spa, our mission is to provide the ultimate spa experience for our guests, affording them an escape from daily stress with a focus on overall health and wellness.

Commitment to customer-service excellence is the key to driving the growth of Elements, and while growth is very important, we focus on making sure our clients are part of our family long-term by delivering what we promise and will not take short cuts.
It is easier to hold to your principles 100 percent of the time than it is to hold to them 98 percent of the time. If you give in to “just this once” by not delivering what you promise, you will lose your guests.

To show our appreciation to our loyal clients we offer a referral program that allows our clients to receive $10 credit for every new client referred. We also have implemented a new VIP program that rewards our loyal clients throughout the year.
Our future plan is to cater to all ethnicities that are in Hawaii, including providing services like hair extensions, permanent hair straightening and additional services tailored toward multi-ethnic hair textures.
