DFS Galleria Waikiki adds a unique Beauty Concierge offering personalized beauty expert services.
Located in the store’s recently expanded and renovated second-floor Beauty World, customers can receive complimentary concierge services, including skincare analysis using a skin imaging machine and light therapy device, hand and foot massage, makeup application and trend techniques, latest beauty tips and beauty workshops and seminars.
In addition to this new concierge service, DFS Galleria launched some new brand boutiques in the upgraded space, including Aveda, Jo Malone, Origins and Shiseido. Also, it is the only store in Hawaii carrying Burberry Beauty products.
Customers will discover many special offerings at the various counters, such as Rituals of Renewal at Aveda: a cup of comforting tea, an aroma sensory journey, stress-relieving hand treatment, stress-relieving neck and shoulder treatment, and preand post-flight rituals. The first two floors of DFS Galleria Waikiki are open to everyone, and there’s no state tax added to purchases made. Only international airline ticket holders can make purchases on the third floor.
The Beauty Concierge is a specialized service with a licensed aesthetician who will help customers understand their skin and recommend products that are best suited for their unique conditions.
