THE VEGAS Fourth of July fireworks should be spectacular … after all, it’s the centennial. Just remember that the Fourth of July fireworks show happens July 3, and is being set off from the Stratosphere Tower. So if you’re south of the TI or looking on the Fourth, you’ll miss all the action (that starts around 9 p.m.).
