PAMELA ANDERSON made a surprise appearance at Hofbrauhaus with partner Hans Klok for the traditional Oktoberfest keg tapping Friday. Then Saturday between shows at Planet Hollywood, the ex-Baywatch babe and pro poker player/home video porn star Rick Salomon got married. Mrs. Salomon made the announcement during the late show, saying, “Hello I just got married ... I did ... I’m distracted. It’s a big day,” and then inviting the entire audience to join her and hubby No. 3 in a toast.

CLARK COUNTY building inspectors are checking out a bunch of rooms in the Rio’s Ipanema Tower (17 floors all together) because they were remodeled without proper permits or safety inspections. So far six notices of violation have been filed against Harrah’s. Ooops ... Meanwhile, supervisors of the Rio do-overs have since moved on to supervise the remodeling of other Harrah’s properties…

THE MOST expensive suite in Vegas ... one night (a 20-hour day) in the Hugh Hefner suite at the Palms will set you back the price of a new Lexus - about $40,000. At those prices you’d think there’d be quite a few vacancies, but celebs and high rollers keep the demand for Hef’s bunny hutch high. The suite is also the home to the original print of the very first Playboy centerfold, Marilyn Monroe.
A LOT OF poker pros were freaking out last month when the IRS issued a bulletin to the casinos that they would be required to withhold 25 percent of all poker tournament winnings of more than $5,000. Negotiations between the two resulted in a compromise that requires the casinos to file a W-2G on players’ winnings and withholding 25 percent only from players who decline to provide their name and Social Security number. The threshold for reporting a slot or bingo win is $1,200 or more (including wagers), and $1,500 for Keno winnings (excluding the amount bet).
