Sure, you’ll find a tree here and there and an oversize ornament or two in the malls, but all-out displays like one in the Bellagio Atrium are rare. However, the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Gardens gets into the spirit of the holidays. The Christmas lighted factory walk starts at sunset and it’s free ... where else can you see lighted cacti and eat free chocolate?
