NEW YEAR’S DAY marks the first time a Vegas casino has entered a float in the annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. Dubbed “Viva Italia,” the 28-foot-tall, 62-foot-long float will feature The Palazzo on one half and The Venetian on the other. “BAM” celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse (Delmonico Steakhouse in The Venetian) is the grand marshal of the 119th annual parade.
