AFTER GARTH BROOKS sold out 20 shows in a few hours, executives at the Wynn Las Vegas enacted a new anti-scalping policy that some say is almost anti-American. After paying, ticket holders had to provide the hotel with the names of people who would be using them. Tickets would be available on the day of the show, and IDs would be checked at the door to verify that concert goers matched the previously submitted names.
LAST WEEK a Missouri couple hit the jackpot at Mystere ... Cirque du Soleil declared them their 30 millionth Las Vegas customer and awarded them a VIP return trip.
