GIVING REALITY TV a good name? Premiering Oct. 1 on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), a Celine Dion TV special called Three Boys & a New Show. The title, of course, refers to her sons Rene Charles and twins Nelson and Eddie, and her new show at Caesars Palace.

Don’t know how to hydrate? Try Vaseline or Neosporin for nose bleeds and saline drops to keep your peepers moist.

VACATIONS HAWAII sales and marketing manager Kevin Kaneshiro emailed to say that they added an extra (Friday-Saturday) flight for the UH game. Package prices start at $799 (for air, hotel, meals and transfers), and that is almost $200 less than the going rate in 2007 and ‘09. His best advice? Book early because the price goes up as the number of available seats goes down.

THE MOST POPULAR Vegas mayor of all time Oscar Goodman is opening his own joint in the Plaza later this year. Oscars will occupy a glass dome above the entrance overlooking the Fremont Street Experience. The walls will feature mayoral memorabilia and old Vegas images, and at the bar the big guy’s signature gin martinis will be served. His honor also got a gig with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority as the official ambassador of Las Vegas.
