WOW ... Julaine Strom of Mililani had to miss her meeting after putting 75 cents (yep, jus 75 cents ... three quarters of a dollar) in the Wheel of Fortune at the New York New York. She won $1,465,581! Funny that 75-cent trick never worked for me.
TELLER, the nonspeaking half of Penn & Teller, (the magic duo at the Rio) auctioned off a personal tour of his home and brunch prepared by Teller himself, including an autographed copy of his highly secret brunch recipes. Six people bid furiously with the winner spending $4,550 (for one seat), making this the second-most expensive lunch auction I know of ... Warren Buffett’s (the super successful investor) eBay lunch auction sold for $351,000 (a bargain for seven people). Whom would you pay to eat lunch with?
