She also develops and monitors financial systems for efficient and streamlined operations of the community in Waialae- Kahala.

Ligaya Miguel has been honored with the McDonald’s Ray Kroc Award for 2005. Miguel is the Kahala manager of McDonald’s.
Myron Freeman has been elected 2005-2006 commander of the Honolulu Sail and Power Squadron. Freeman is the chief executive officer and principal broker of Honolulu Real Estate.
Neal Kadooka has been named an account executive for The Gas Company. He previously owned and operated an international express courier service franchise.
Earl K. Kaneshiro has been promoted to senior vice president and senior manager of Central Pacific Bank in the commercial banking division. He has 33 years of financial industry experience.
Lars B. Larson has been promoted to vice president and manager of the consumer loan department at Central Pacific Bank. Larson has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry and he previously served as consumer loan manager.
Keith K. Masuda has been promoted to vice president and private banking officer II for Central Pacific Bank. Masuda has nine years of experience in the credit lending area.
Teresa K. Ubando was promoted to assistant vice president and area manager for Central Pacific Bank. She will oversee several branches in the Windward area. Ubando joined the firm in 1989 as a teller trainee and worked her way up through the branch system. She is also the current treasurer of Kaneohe Business Group.
