Debbie Kini has been promoted to government account manager for Xerox Hawaii. She previously served as a service tech field manager. Kini now will provide Xerox Hawaii’s government clients with solutions to effectively manage their documents. She has been with the company for more than 20 years.
Krishna Chatterjee has been appointed store manager for Kahala’s first-ever retail store at Ala Moana Center. Chatterjee will be responsible for retail operations, including hiring and management of Kahala’s aloha wear retail team. He was previously community relations manager for Lululemon Athletica Honolulu.
Bobbie Ma has been hired as market manager of East Honolulu’s American Savings Bank. Ma was most recently a career coach and sales manager for Prudential Locations. She has more than 25 years of banking and lending experience.
Nena Maglangit has been promoted to market customer service manager for Leeward Oahu’s American Savings Bank. Maglangit has more than 22 years of sales and service experience and previously held supervisory and managerial positions at the bank’s Pearlridge, Kalihi, Liliha and Waipahu branches.
Kelvin Bloom has been elected as chair of the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) board. He previously served as vice chair and has been on the HTA board since 2006. Bloom also is currently the president of ResortQuest Hawaii LLC and was the founding president of Castle Resorts & Hotels.
Charlene Pruse has been named market customer service manager for the Mililani and North Shore market of American Savings Bank. With more than 23 years of financial services experience, she will supervise the Haleiwa, Mililani Shopping Center, Miliani Town Center, Wahiawa and Waipio Gentry Foodland branches.
Karen Igarashi, financial adviser and financial planning associate, was recently awarded the honor of Smith Barney’s Blue Chip Council. This recognition is given to financial advisers who, within their first five years, demonstrate the highest professional standards, including excellence in client service. Igarashi specializes in retirement planning and 401k plans for businesses.
Florante Lopez has been appointed project coordinator for WCIT Architecture. Lopez’s responsibilities include coordinating construction drawings, CAD drafting, field visits, creating sketches and product research. He has previous experience serving as job captain for Architects Hawaii Ltd., job captain and senior CAD operator with Next Design LLC and AM Partners Inc., among others.
Monica Lasker has joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ Leeward office. Lasker has more than three years of experience in the real estate industry and specializes in assisting first-time and military home buyers. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
