Yvonne Konia has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager, residential loan administration services for American Savings Bank. Her new responsibilities include managing the daily operations in the servicing of the bank’s mortgage loans. Konia most recently served as manager of residential loan administration services and has more than 30 years experience in the banking industry.
Michael Kinoshita has been appointed senior vice president, Construction Services Division for Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. In this new position, Kinoshita will be responsible for managing the business development, client retention and overall operations of the division. He most recently served as vice president and has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry.
Kelly Hoen has been hired as general manager of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Prior to joining the hotel, Hoen was general manager of the Princeville Resort on Kauai. She also has e xtensive background in sales and marketing.
Midge Blandamer has been named director of nursing for Kahi Mohala Behavioral Health. Blandamer is board certified as a psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialist and an advanced chief nurse executive with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She previously served as director of nursing services at North Alabama Regional Hospital in Decatur as well as a nurse psychotherapist in private practice.
Jenny Graham has been promoted to special projects design coordinator for Graham Builders. In this position, Graham will be responsible for coordinating all tasks during the design stage, including scheduling surveys, assisting homeowners with their finish selections and keeping the project on schedule. She previously worked as a customer care specialist and has been with the company since 2003.
Joan Fujita has been appointed managing director for Accuity LLP’s Honolulu office. With more than 20 years of tax experience in both public and private accounting, Fujita will be responsible for transaction tax consulting, in addition to providing overall tax advice to a variety of clients.
Alexa Fuller has been named quality improvement and assurance adviser for Special Education Center of Hawaii (SECOH). Her responsibilities include conducting compliance and best practice reviews and providing technical assistance to service supervisors for all SECOH Medicaid services for people with disabilities. Prior to this Fuller was SECOH’s Pualani Manor Recreation Center’s day service center manager in Kalihi.
Chad Palmer has been promoted to day service center manager for Special Education Center ofHawaii (SECOH) in Kalihi . Palmer worked previously as a day service direct support coordinator at the SECOH Founder’s Center in Kahala. In his new position he will oversee day-to-day service operations for people with developmental disabilities and will be responsible for recreational activities for the residents.
