Keith Bavaro has been hired as a residential and commercial project consultant for Sunetric. Bavaro served as a senior account executive for Accredited Home Lenders recently, and now will be responsible for working with clients to find the best solar systems to meet their needs.
Edean Reyes has been promoted to restaurant manager of McDonald’s, King Street. Reyes started as a crew person at McDonald’s of Pearl City more than 25 years ago and has worked at various McDonald’s locations.
Terence Yeh has been appointed executive vice president, chief credit officer for American Savings Bank. Yeh has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking industry and joined the bank in 1998 as vice president, corporate banking officer. In his new position, he will oversee the departments of Commercial, Mortgage and Consumer Credit Policy & Administration, Credit Review, Appraisal and Special Assets & Collection.
Margaret Meagher has been promoted to executive vice president from senior vice president of corporate compliance for Bank of Hawaii. Her responsibili-ties include overseeing all compliance activities for the bank and focusing on consumer protection and privacy, among other duties.
Michele L. Otake has been hired as development manager for the Queen Liliuokalani Trust. Otake previously served as a senior project manager at Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii Inc. and has background in land planning, entitlements and project management in both private and public sectors.
Jim Birchfield has been promoted to executive director of engineering services for Hawaiian Building Maintenance. Birchfield brings more than 30 years of management and engineering experience to the company. He began his career as an enlisted mechanist mate in the U.S. Navy and will now manage various projects among other duties.
Lewis E. Slusher Jr. has been appointed vice president and compliance officer for Bank of Hawaii’s Corporate Compliance Department. Slusher’s duties include managing the bank’s compliance programs and conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure programs conform to consumer credit and banking laws and regulations.
Alberto Maldonado has been named director of sales for ProService Hawaii. Maldonado will supervise ProService’s statewide business development team. He was previously vice president of front line at Wyndham Resorts and has extensive experience in direct sales, sales and marketing, telemarketing management, direct mail and motivational training.
Leni Davis has been appointed marketing manager for NorthStar Alliance Inc. In her new position, Davis will develop marketing programs to support the NorthStar family of companies that helps guide borrowers through the residential mortgage loan process. She has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and served most recently as marketing manager for Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific.
