Kathleen Fujihara-Chong has been elected to HMSA’s board of directors for a three-year term. Fujihara-Chong currently serves as a senior executive vice president at Bank of Hawaii and has been with the bank since 1981. She also is on the Small Business Administration of Hawaii advisory board along with many other local organizations.
Curtis Lau has been appointed marketing representative for Xerox Hawaii. Lau will be responsible for providing new and existing clients with solutions to effectively manage their documents, allowing cus tomers to focus on their core business. He previously served as an inside sales specialist for Sprint Nextel.
Jack Urbanski has been hired as building maintenance manager for Ho`ala Landscape and Maintenance. In this position, Urbanski oversees the maintenance of condominium and commercial buildings for the company as well as its sister company, Ko Olina Landscape and Maintenance.
Nina Daniels has been named human resources manager for Mobi PCS. She joined the company in 2005 as executive assistant to company president and CEO Bill Jarvis. Daniels’duties include maintaining development and management of the company’s employment programs, including hiring, evaluation, orientation and training programs.
Lisa L.H. Nillos has been promoted to vice president and senior underwriter for Central Pacific Bank. With 10 years of banking experience, Nillos assists the loan officers in managing and underwriting their respective loan portfolios as well as supervises all underwriters in the bank’s commercial real-estate Hawaii division.
Jason Martinson has been hired as vice president and commercial branch manager of Central Pacific Bank’s Pearl Highlands branch. Martinson has more than 10 years’experience in the financial industry and will provide financial services to small-business clients, among other duties.
