Jeff Dickinson has been named vice president of the condominium division for Hawaiian Properties Ltd. In this role, he will serve as property manager of Ilikai Apartment Building’s Association of Apartment Owners. Dickinson also manages other properties, including the Villa on Eaton Square, Harbor Court and Ko Olina Fairways.
Paul Onnen has been appointed chief technology officer for Team Vision Virtual. In this position, Onnen will oversee the ongoing development and international rollout of TVV’s proprietary 3D online platform. He brings more than 23 years’ experience designing, developing and launching innovative enterprise and Web-based products and services for organizations including Google, Expedia and WebMD.
Stafford J. Kiguchi has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president of corporate communications and government relations at Bank of Hawaii. Prior to joining the bank, he worked for several large local businesses including The Gas Company and Pacific Resources Inc., which became BHP Hawaii and is currently Tesoro.
Barbara Watanabe has been named executive director of the Women’s Fund of Hawaii. Watanabe most recently served as executive director of the Nisei Veterans Memorial Center project on Maui. She oversaw design, development and a capital campaign for an intergenerational complex as a “living memorial” to the segregated Japanese-American Army Units of World War II.
Cameron Nekota has been hired as vice president for D.R. Horton-Schuler Division. Nekota will oversee the land-use entitlement process for Hoopili, a proposed master-planned community in West Oahu. Most recently he was the development project manager for Aina Nui Corporation and Kapolei Property Development LLC.
