Lucas Urtiaga has been hired as a finish carpenter by Graham Builders. In this position, Urtiaga completes the final interior home touches on new projects, renovations and warranty work, among other duties. He has more than seven years of experience in the carpentry industry and previously served as a custom cabinet installer and fabricator for GavinWood. He also worked as a custom cabinetmaker for Wholesale Cabinets Hawaii at the Waialua Sugar Mill.

Kareem Lamb has been appointed operations manager for Bella Pietra. Lamb will work closely with and report to the owner to oversee the daily operations of the organization with direct oversight of warehouse operations. He previously was the dock supervisor at Roadway Express in Philadelphia.

Dorris Wong has been promoted to senior associate for RIM Architects. Wong joined the firm in 2004 as a project architect and has more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of architecture. Her project experience includes retail/commercial, multi-family residential educational, hospitality, recreational, industrial and transportation facilities.

Gregg Murphy has been hired as project developer for RevoluSun. Murphy’s responsibilities include working with residential customers to find the best solar systems and financing options available to meet their energy needs. He brings 12 years of solar experience to the company.

Margie Lehman has been appointed director of inside sales for Polynesian Adventure Tours. Lehman’s duties include managing the reservations call center, group sales and department and Neighbor Island reservation operators across the state. She most recently served for nine years as director of sales and marketing for Planet Hollywood in Waikiki.

Douglas L. Allen has been promoted to senior associate for RIM Architects. Allen has more than 25 years of experience as a project manager/project architect on multi-family residential, hospitality, commercial/retail, health care, educational and industrial projects. He joined the firm in 2003 as a project architect.
