Jack Schneider has been appointed chief executive officer for Chip & Cookie LLC. In this position, he will oversee the company’s transition from a retail cookie store-based business to a wholesale operation focused on distribution through supermarkets, convenience outlets and drug stores. Schneider is a longtime Chip & Cookie board member.

Patrick J. Leonard has been named president of Junior Achievement of Hawaii. In this new position, Leonard will oversee all operations, and lead and support the organization’s mission of teaching youths about business, economics and free enterprise. He previously served as public information officer at Aloha Stadium Authority and local sales manager for Clear Channel Communications.

Michael F. Nauyokas has been elected a fellow by The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is the only attorney in Hawaii to be elected as a fellow for The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2010, and the third ever from Hawaii to receive this honor. Nauyokas has practiced law in Honolulu since 1987, when he began his own practice in labor law and alternative dispute resolution.

Marche Kawai has been named director of business support for PBS Hawaii. In this position, Kawai works with the local business community that provides underwriting funds for the station’s broadcast programming and broadcast content, as well as education initiatives and community outreach.

Blake Anzai has been hired as vice president, commercial loan officer at Territorial Savings Bank. Prior to joining the bank, Anzai worked at American Savings Bank for 27 years. He is a graduate of UH Manoa with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Christian H. Chia has been appointed to Servco Pacific’s board of directors. Chia serves as president and chief executive officer of OpenRoad Auto Group Ltd., one of Western Canada’s largest privately held automobile dealer groups. He also is the co-founder of Trans China Automotive LLP, an investment fund with automotive holdings in China.

Grant Chun has been promoted to associate for RIM Architects. Chun joined the firm in 2008 as a project architect and designer. His project experience includes retail, commercial, residential, educational, civic, industrial and transportation facilities.
