Kathy Lum has been named wealth manager for Lee Financial Group In her new position. Lum served as branch manager at the former Kahala office of Charles Schwab.

Lea Okudara has been promoted to assistant account executive from account coordinator for McNeil Wilson Communications. She works in the corporate and public affairs division. Okudara joined the firm in 2004.

Kaeo Gouveia has been promoted from floor manager to assistant general manager for Tiki’s Grill & Bar. Gouveia joined the company in September 2002.

Susan Fox-Wolfgramm has been elected to the board of the Hawaii Society of Corporate Planners as the university relations vice president. She is a professor of management at Hawaii’i Pacific University.

Sumithra Balraj was recently appointed senior account executive for McNeil Wilson Communications in the travel and tourism department. Balraj has 15 years of public relations experience in the hospitality industry. Balraj previously had been the public relations manager of the Turtle Bay Resort.

David Murphy has been promoted to vice president of development from development director for Brookfield Homes Hawaii. He will be responsible for administering the development of diverse resort real estate properties located within the state of Hawaii.

Ross Murakami has been appointed as managing partner of KMH. Murakami was one of the founding partners of KMH, the company’s chief financial officer, and head of the KMH Solutions business consulting practice.

Terry F. Brady has been named vice president of sales and business development for Get2Hawaii. He will be responsible for managing national sales, and marketing.

Tom Ohashi has been hired as mortgage center director for HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. He has more than 15 years of real estate lending experience.

Jeffrey L. Philpott has been appointed vice president of Student Support Services at Hawaii Pacific University. Philpott is a 14-year veteran in the field of student affairs and has worked as dean of students at two universities.

Gerald Yuh has been elected to serve a second term as business manager and financial secretary of The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 1186. He will be serving his second three-year term. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a licensed electrician.

Anne Murata has been named state operations chair for the Western division of International Council of Shopping Centers. Murata is marketing director for The Festival Companies and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.
