Kelly Sanders has been appointed general manager of the Sheraton Waikiki. Sanders was previously the general manager of the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Sanders joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. in 1996 as director of rooms at the Westin Horton Plaza. He began his career in the service industry in 1988 as an office manager for Doubletree Hotels & Resorts in Salt Lake City Utah. He was promoted to hotel manager of the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in 1998.
