17th Annual Honolulu Wine Festival
Australian seafood, cheeses and wines were the focus at the 17th annual Honolulu Wine Festival, “From the Vineyard to the Sea Down Under” at the Dole Cannery Ballrooms. More than 15 local chefs, including Alan Wong and Russel Siu, prepared Aussie foods that were paired with Australian wines by Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya and Times Super Markets wine guy Lyle Fujioka. The evening included a diverse silent auction, a live wine auction and entertainment. The yearly event benefits The Lupus Foundation of America, Hawai‘i Chapter.
