Arthritis Foundation’s Fourth Annual Savor The Wine
Del.icio.usIt was a mix of wine and blues at the Hawaii branch of the Arthritis Foundation’s fourth annual Savor the Wine, “Red White and Blues” fundraiser. For the first time, the event was held at Aloha Tower Marketplace, and blues music by Monk’s Beret was added to the venue. In addition to wine tasting and blues music, there also were a martini bar, silent auction and gourmet food stations.
Funds raised support, in part, local arthritis programs such as a yearly Juvenile Arthritis Conference and Camp for children with arthritis and their families, as well as aquatic programs, self-help classes and research to help those who suffer from arthritis.
