Thirteen chefs from across Oahu joined forces to share their culinary art for guests attending ASSETS Schools’ benefit, “A Passage to Paradise: Nurturing Our Garden” at the Sheraton Waikiki.

The lineup of chefs included Kimo Akaka, Bill Bruhl, Fred DeAngelo, Elmer Guzman, Eric Letere, Ernesto Limcaco, JJ W. Luangkhot, Michelle Nakaya, Toshiyuki Sasajima, Christian Schneider, Goran Streng, Alan Takasaki and Warren Uchida.

Proceeds from the event provide tuition assistance for students at ASSETS and extra resources for the school’s teachers.
