Actress and model Brooke Burns made a special appearance at Assets School’s annual gala, Illumination, at the Sheraton Waikiki.

The evening featured a spectacular lineup of chefs, including Kimo Akaka, Harold Baltran, Elmer Guzman, Sam Choy, Eric Leterc, Ernesto Limcaco, JJ W. Luangkhot, Michelle Nakaya, Goran Streng and Alan Takasaki.

Proceeds from the gala help to provide tuition assistance to students and classroom resources for teachers.
