The Honolulu Academy of Arts hosted its third annual August Moon: A Wine & Food Tasting Event on museum grounds. The evening featured musical entertainment, an impromptu drawing, wine tasting from 30 winemakers and light bites from top food venues. The benefit, launched by The Contemporary Museum in 2009, is the first being held by the newly joined Academy of Arts and The Contemporary Museum. Funds raise benefit arts education programs for Hawaii’s children.
